New Jersey’s Longest Running Jazz Picnic

Vendors

The New Jersey Jazz Society is accepting applications from vendors to participate in New Jersey’s longest running jazz festival, the New Jersey Jazz Society’s Jazzfest. Located on the campus of Drew University in Madison, New Jersey, Jazzfest will be held on Saturday, June 5, with the music running from Noon to 10:00 PM. Vendors may participate from Noon to 8:00 PM. A large crowd ranging from young families to seniors is expected to attend.

NJJS is seeking vendors of all types, including crafts, jewelry, wearables, and limited retail. We cannot accept food vendors who sell products to be immediately consumed at the event nor do we have any openings for CD and record vendors.

This is the third year the festival has been open to vendors. NJJS will limit participation to those who offer products appropriate to our discerning audience. If you are interested in participating, complete the Vendor Application and return it with your application fee or us for further information.

The cost for the full day is only $50.00 for individual vendors and $100.00 for corporate displays. Tables and chairs are available for a nominal rental fee and electricity may be ordered if needed for an additional charge of $50.00. Vendors will be set up outside adjacent to the Jazz Tent, which is our largest stage. While music runs all day in the Jazz Tent, after 5:00 it will be the only venue open, so Vendors will have considerable attention for their products and services.

Vendor spaces are limited so download the vendor agreement and sign up early.
